Physicochemical fundamentals of processing solutions of thermoplastic poly(ether urethane)s to obtain fibrous-porous polymer composite materials

Objectives. To study the structure and properties of solutions thermoplastic poly(ether urethane)s (PEUs) to inform their potential use in production fibrous-porous polymer composite materials with a given set performance depending on field practical application. Methods. The composition PEUs was studied by attenuated total reflection infrared (ATR-IR) spectroscopy using program for correcting spectra an IR Fourier spectrophotometer, as well differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) heat flow calorimeter. viscosity PEU determined rotational viscometer. Results. chemical nature formation hydrogen bonds were studied. An analysis demonstrates almost complete identity synthesized from same 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It is shown that anomaly can be reduced increasing temperature. Conclusions. A comparison composition, structure, rheological characteristics widely used coatings Sanpren LQ-E-6 R 0112 grades practicability having predetermined requirements operating conditions finished products.
